Full stack developer

Core Responsibilities

Full stack developers design, develop, and maintain both user-facing features and server-side logic. They work across the entire technology stack, handling database design, server configuration, API development, and user interface implementation. They bridge the gap between different layers of an application and often collaborate with designers, other developers, and stakeholders to deliver complete solutions.

Technical Skills

Front-end: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks like React, Vue, or Angular. They understand responsive design, browser compatibility, and user experience principles.

Back-end: Server-side languages such as Node.js, Python, Ruby, Java, or PHP. They work with frameworks like Express, Django, Rails, or Spring to build APIs and handle business logic.

Databases: Both SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB, Redis) database design, queries, and optimization.

DevOps & Tools: Version control (Git), deployment processes, CI/CD pipelines, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud), and containerization (Docker).
